Today’s Chat: Is bisexuality more common among men or women?

I always thought it was a given that men tend to be either gay or straight, while women are more likely to experiment back and forth. But a woman in her 50s just told me that in her experience, it’s always been the opposite: she claims that a plurality of her male friends have been bisexual, while she’s found that women are much less inclined to experiment. Is this a generational thing?
