Yes, It’s True: A New Twist on A Toasted Cheese Sandwich

Since I was in college, my toaster oven had only one job to do, and it did it well. Many mid-mornings a week, I’d stick in a piece of 5-grain bread topped with sliced mozzarella or cheddar, and 5 minutes later it presented me with a toasted cheese sandwich, bubbling and ready for snacking.
